These Terms apply to all contracts between Honeyfield GmbH ("Provider") and customers regarding "Agent Hub".

1. Scope

Provider builds AI agents per customer specs, hosts them in the EU and provides access via widget or API.

2. Prices & billing

Prices excluding VAT. Monthly billing in advance. Setup billed once at start.

3. Term & termination

Minimum term 1 month. 30 days notice to end of month.

4. Liability

Liability only for intent and gross negligence. Limited to fees paid in last 12 months.

5. Final provisions

Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction Salzburg.
